Holdfast Consortium

The Holdfast Training Services Ltd is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) set up as the contracting body for the RSME Public Private Partnership (PPP). The consortium comprises Babcock Support Services Ltd who own 76% and are responsible for training delivery and support services including asset management, and Carillion Private Finance (Defence) Ltd who own 24% and are responsible for the construction programme.
