Health and Safety
The safety of employees, RSME military staff and students, and all those visiting the RSME is our main priority.
To ensure that we send our people ‘Home Safe Every Day’, we have embarked on a program that focuses on the environment (are there inherent dangers that may cause harm, do people have the right tools and equipment?), work practices (is the method of working safe?) and on behaviors and culture (safety is all our responsibilities).
We have safety structure that is fully embedded within the military organisation and shared policies and goals to deliver the safety improvements we need. In the current year we have set ourselves the challenge of halving the number of accidents and injuries at the RSME compared to last year as part of journey to zero incidents.
