Infrastructure
Much of the real estate at the RSME is old and either needs replacement, refurbishment or to be properly maintained. Consequently, included in the RSME PPP contract is a significant 7 year design and build programme in which we will provide new and refurbished living and training accommodation well as a building maintenance programme throughout the life of the contract. This will ensure that the estate remains suitable to support the RSME’s vision to be an engineering centre of excellence with an undisputed world-wide reputation long into the future.
