Asset Management

The Asset Management Services provided by us includes the management and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure such as roads, car parks and fencing, utilities infrastructure and the grounds of the RSME. 

These services are provided at all sites except Bicester where the service is limited to the maintenance of physical assets.

Assets are maintained through a programme of lifecycle and preventative measures however we also provide a reactive service to repair, restore or replace as necessary.

The reactive service is processed through the Service Support Desk who handle on average in excess of 500 asset management related calls per month.  Of these over 70% are routinely assessed as urgent. 

We also provide an emergency reactive maintenance service outside of normal operating hours.
