Atkins is a shareholder of Holdfast and is responsible for:
- Design and full planning services through its Design and Engineering Solutions business which recently completed the detailed design of 137 facilities for the new Colchester Garrison
- Provision of facilities management services through it's Atkins Defence Asset Management division which has provided hard and soft facilities management services within the Defence sector for the last 15 years. Contracts include the new Colchester Garrison and all Service Family Quarters in England and Wales
