ESS UK Defence, is part of Compass Group — the largest food service organisation in the world — and is regarded as a market leader in the provision of facilities management services to the Ministry of Defence, the British Armed Forces, Police and Prisons. ESS supplies catering, hospitality, domestic and building services and leisure and retail facilities.
Heavily engaged in training, particularly in the craft skills sector, ESS has a considerable number of employees currently undertaking both the Modern Apprenticeship scheme and Adult NVQ programmes.

ESS in RSME
ESS will provide catering and soft facilities management services to 2,500 employees across the RSME PPP sites. These services will include laundering and dry cleaning, tailoring, pest control, waste disposal and window cleaning.
