Committed to protecting and respecting personal data privacy rights

One of the biggest changes to UK data privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply from 25 May 18. GDPR is a really positive step towards giving individuals greater rights in respect of their personal data and how it is collected, used and stored.  These changes also help to better protect personal data.  Holdfast is fully committed to protecting personal information and has revised its Data Privacy Policy accordingly. Holdfast undertakes to treat all personal data, fairly, lawfully and transparently, to only process the information for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, to ensure that the personal data held is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary, that it is accurate, kept up to date and appropriate and not kept for longer than required.  Personal data will also be processed securely.
