Under the RSME PPP, Holdfast is required to maintain and improve efficiency within the RSME by developing its training services progressively throughout the life of the project. Holdfast recognises the scale and complexity of the training delivered at RSME and will therefore ensure that the new training operations are fully bedded-in and that the training partnership is established before implementing changes in training methodologies.
Over the 30-year life of the project training methods will evolve considerably. Holdfast will remain alive to the changes and ensure that training at the RSME continues to be at the cutting-edge.
